I wanted to write and thank you for the value and service I’ve received since 2005. Working with video I often get requests for web design and I constantly recommend and praise Maine Hosting Solutions with my extreme satisfaction and customer loyalty. You certainly have the key to value and success in your web services. Having sent many of my friends and customers in your direction, I thought it was appropriate to finally send you a thank you.

www.ViaVisionProductions.com has been on the web since 1999 but it was not until 2005 when I began my intense search for a new web hosting company. My previous two designers had become overloaded and started to outsource my site designs and changes. It often took weeks and sometimes months to get the simplest of changes fixed and it became frustrating to realize my customers where not getting the information they needed from our website.

In my determination to find a reliable company I searched nationwide. As a proponent to shop locally I found several small companies but all rang too true to what my previous failed experiences. I wanted a company which kept up to date on the the latest technology as the web is constantly changing. Upon finding Maine Hosting Solutions I called Ben Burden who was able to answer all my questions and itemize all my costs. Communication was very welcoming and very efficient. I was able to speak to Ben in person via telephone and email. In the meantime, I was sought by another company in California who promised me the best of everything which included customer service and great prices. I was lured by their sales pitch but quickly discovered their false promises where simply a ploy to get me in the door where they could avoid loyalty and quickly change the prices. Red flags quickly went up and I called Maine Hosting Solutions Immediately and have been joyous ever since.

I was extremely happy when I actually visited your facility in Bath and met with Wes, my site designer! What a great way to get introduced! We discussed the site plan and design at our first meeting and everything else via email. I was never concerned about dishonesty or prices. When I initially requested a cost analysis of my site designed I was given a detailed pricing outline. When the site was complete the final cost actually came under budget! What a great bonus! To this day, when I request changes Wes has been quick to respond and make the adjustments to our site.

It appears Maine Hosting Solutions not only has loyal customers but devoted employees which certainly tells me how well you operate your company. In today’s marketplace, cheap prices and gimmicks are everywhere. It’s difficult to know who’s honest and dishonest. Maine Hosting Solutions has always been straightforward with prices and value.
